ST25 is a premium fragrant rice variety developed in Soc Trang province, Vietnam's Mekong Delta. It was bred by agricultural engineer Ho Quang Cua from a cross of Thai jasmine rice and Vietnamese specialty varieties. ST25 is known for its long, slender grains, natural pandan-like aroma, and a slight natural sweetness in taste.
