Delivery Information
At Rice & Shine, we aim to process all orders within 2 working days. We deliver islandwide across Singapore on weekdays from 9am to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm, excluding the eve of public holidays and public holidays.
Please note that during peak periods such as festive seasons and promotional campaigns, deliveries may take longer than usual. We are a small team and will do our best to have your orders reach you as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges
- Express Delivery - $15 - Within 3 working days after your order is shipped out
- Standard Delivery - $8 - 4 to 5 working days after your order is shipped out
- Free Delivery - On all orders $110 and above
Self Collection
You are welcome to collect your orders from our warehouse at 39 Woodlands Close, #01-47, MEGA@Woodlands, Singapore 737856. Our collection hours are Monday, Wednesday or Friday, 10am to 6pm, excluding the eve of public holidays and public holidays. Please await our confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Returns and Exchanges
At Rice & Shine, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive damaged goods, we require an unboxing video sent within 24 hours of the parcel delivery time to prove the condition of the item upon arrival. The item must be returned unused for any returns or exchanges to be processed.
Please note, no cancellation of orders is allowed once processed.
