Free delivery is available for orders above S$60. Local delivery charge is at a flat rate of $5. 

If you would like to opt out of delivery, self-collection at our office is available as well. Please Whatsapp us at 88172612 to arrange.

You should be able to receive your items within 1-4 working days.

If you would like to request a specific day delivery, do indicate in the comments section at Checkout.
Do note that all requests are subject to availability.

Please note that the courier will not require a signature for delivery and will leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is home or you are uncontactable. A photo will be taken as proof of delivery. 

Our delivery timings are from 9am to 3pm on weekdays, 8am to 11am on weekends. 

Please state at the checkout page if you have any special requests e.g. to leave the order in the dry riser. If not, the driver will do his best to leave the parcel in a safe place.

Kindly keep your rice bags in a cool and dry area, preferably in the freezer for best results. Free exchange of rice bags with weevils are applicable 5 working days after.
